Besides academic writing Alf has published a series of books, articles, columns and thoughtpapers for a general audience with recent and coming books on an alternative take on creativity and business – and also on dealing with how we can learn management and leadership from the great chefs. He is a popular speaker with the ability to really engage his audience.
